Gently swing your knees towards the left side until your left leg touches the floor. Bring it back to the starting position. Do the same procedure to the other side. You can do at least 2 sets of 10 rolls to each side coupled with 20 seconds of rest between the sets.

Even when you are at home, you can still keep your body in check and you can even develop your abs if you continue to work out. For several years it has been well known that you must have sixty minutes of aerobics everyday inside your “fat burning zone” to shed weight.

Imagine if this has been wrong information?

Is cardio the suggested way to burn fat?

You ever hear of HIIT? Even if you have not then I’m sure you’ve been told of strength/resistance training.

For all those which have no idea about about HIIT, it represents High Intensity Interval Training. It is dependent on the theory that when you workout for short, strong intervals (contrary to long rounds of standard cardio) that you’re going to burn more calories in the same amount of time.

This creates an infinitely more competent method of exercise routine in contrast with your existing traditional aerobic exercise routine.

Ok, i’ll explain:

Let’s say you have a couple work out routines to select from…

1) Exercise on a aerobics machine for 60 minutes – five days every week

2) Do strength resistance workouts for about twenty five minutes, pursued by HIIT for twenty minutes – three days each week

Which of these two would you rather do? One which is most likely the most effective way to lose weight right?

Clearly you’d prefer to train 3 days a week. I know you (like I) are overly busy to get to the gym five days per week. Our time matters and we shouldn’t use time working out superfluously.
