Superfoods — to add to your diet!

Superfoods… so what are they and what makes them so healthy? A superfood is a food that is either particularly dense in one or more nutrients or has high levels of anti-oxidants. When we say nutritionally dense foods, these are foods that for their weight, pack more valuable vitamins and minerals in compared to others. So you could eat just a small amount to get loads of vitamins and minerals in. Now that you know what it is, better for you to be compiling a superfoods list.

Foods with superfood status give you more bang for your buck, and the more you eat, the closer you get to what is really important. Gradually add them to your diet.
